This is why it is very important to us to ensure that your equipment is up and running again as soon as possible.
If your system breaks down, you can use our UPS or express carrier collect & pickup service (same day collection possible) – just give us a call or send us an e-mail.
Repaired units are normally returned within one (1) business day Germany-wide – and we are also happy to arrange a time slot for delivery with you or return the system to a different address (e.g. straight to a building site).

If possible, please only send us complete systems instead of individual components to ensure that the system as a whole is free of defects and functions perfectly in its general context. Please also describe the fault and your needs in writing and enclose the note with the package, for example using the repair request form below (PDF for completion on your PC).
